T-Nation Terms and Conditions

Welcome to T-Nation! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from T-Nation. By using our services or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, however, errors may occur. T-Nation reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies.

2.2 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes and shipping fees.

2.3 Custom Orders: Custom designs are a final sale once approved by the customer. T-Nation will provide mockups for approval before production begins.

3.1 Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times for custom orders may vary based on the complexity of the design.

3.2 Payment Methods: T-Nation can accept all types of payments which must be completed before production begins.

3.3 Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started. Custom orders cannot be canceled after approval.

4.1 Shipping: Products are shipped from Baltimore, Maryland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

4.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. T-Nation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4.3 International Shipping: T-Nation DOES NOT ship internationally. 

5.1 Terms of Return: Returns are accepted for non-custom products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

5.2 State of Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Products showing signs of wear or alteration will not be eligible for return.

5.3 Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for defective products, incorrect items, or dissatisfaction with non-custom items. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.

5.4 Process for Return: To initiate a return, contact T-Nation at [Insert Email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

5.5 Process of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.1 Ownership: All designs, logos, and content on T-Nation’s website are the property of T-Nation and protected by copyright laws.

6.2 Customer Designs: Customers retain ownership of their designs submitted for custom orders. By submitting a design, customers grant T-Nation the right to use the design solely to fulfill that order.

7.1 T-Nation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7.2 T-Nation’s liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

T-Nation reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
